Introducing ‘El absurdo cotidiano’, an animated short film that compiles everyday scenes, seemingly innocent but carrying underlying implications. The objective is that, through the absurd -and even the comical-, the unfortunate impacts of the socio-environmental crisis become evident and inform society about its effects.

Now is the time to actively engage, as the solution lies in collective efforts.. “Sometimes I see us as hamsters that run without stopping, without even seeing where we are and we naturalize situations that make us live worse and worse. That’s what we seek to communicate in this short film,” said Mijael Kaufman Falchuk, co-founder of Consciente Colectivo. In 2021, we premiered El sabor de la mentira, which surpassed, among the different platforms, more than 1 million views.
