We need more people to get involved in socio-environmental issues, which is why we create innovative formative spaces so that more people can not only inform themselves, but also learn tools to be able to activate in their communities.
We believe in education as a transformative tool and the key to further developing an active and committed citizenship.

Field experiences

We organize workshops with organized local communities to learn how they face the challenges of the socio-environmental crisis.

Those who went through the experience say...

“The opportunity to meet people with similar vocations and interests and generate awareness, in a framework that provides tools for knowing what to do with the concerns.”

“A creative powerhouse and a space to share and learn a lot about the environment and how we can make a change with our ideas and willpower.”

“A workspace where I learned, developed and had fun during the whole process. A Great experience I would repeat a thousand times.”

“A beautiful space to meet people who have the same concerns as you and to discuss them. They taught me how to create a project from scratch.”

“It was a new filter to see the world. My understanding of climate change has now come to be referred to as the socio-environmental crisis. I Thought I was beginning to understand the problem, but now I know it was just the tip of the iceberg. Thank you!!!”

    Escazú’s Megaphones

What can we do to make the Escazú Agreement a reality in Latin America and the Caribbean?

We seek to bring together specific content on the Escazú Agreement and specific knowledge on environmental and digital communication, through the integration of these two fields, with the goal of generating people as multipliers of the agreement.

Given the significant delay in the implementation of the Agreement, as well as in its dissemination and awareness in the region, it is essential to promote strategies that bring the contents of the Agreement closer to the population and provide tools for exerting pressure on national governments, with the goal of achieving its effective implementation.
The goal of Megaphones is that the participants can:
    • Incorporate knowledge about the technical foundations of the Escazú Agreement, as well as deepening its main virtues and future challenges.
    • Acquire communication and digital marketing tools for the diffusion of the Agreement.
    • Apply the communication tools developed during the meetings to a local campaign that addresses the Escazú Agreement
